A reservation made through the form is not yet binding. After submitting the form, we will contact you and send an actual contract to be signed, which will also show the total price, including any additional services and mileage fees. The agreement becomes binding once the contract is signed. Events are always billed in advance to prevent the misuse of cancellations. The invoice for the package will be sent after the free cancellation period has expired, approximately one month (1 mo) before the event. Our messages sometimes end up in our customers’ spam folders so remember to check that as well after filling out our forms!

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to one month before the reservation date. If the reservation is canceled within less than a month from the event date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked package price will be charged. If the invoice for the event has already been paid, NRS Promotions will deduct the cancellation fee from the refund.

DJ performances are exempt from VAT based on Section 45 of the Finnish VAT Act. Therefore, when you order a package, you only pay for the service you receive and nothing else!

Of course! Our DJ will go through all your ideas and wishes before the event. During this discussion, you can provide the DJ with a playlist of songs you would like to be played at the event. However, please keep in mind that our DJ is a professional and with just a few songs, they get a good understanding of the the desired music theme. So please relax and let us help you — there's no need to stress too much!
